Corrections log

Every flag and its outcome — so the record can be audited, not just trusted. Each flag is auto-checked against the source and given a terminal outcome: a broken citation is removed, a confirmed one stands, and anything without a machine-checkable citation is logged (the municipality's minutes remain authoritative). See the corrections policy. Requesters' free-text notes are omitted to protect privacy; only the outcome is shown.
