Municipal memory layer
- Added a public “Latest activity” snapshot and a first-class “Awaiting a response” list.
- Began tracking official decisions (ordinances, resolutions, budget votes), each linked to its source document.
- Published privacy, sources & citations, and corrections policies, and this changelog.
- Reworded pages to describe only what can be verified — no claims about what officials read or do.

The accountability record
- Issue case-file timelines: submitted → verified → supporters → referred → acknowledged → discussed → responded → resolved.
- Meeting↔issue linking, ward dashboards, and a monthly Civic Pulse report.
- Three-tier privacy (public / verified-anonymous / private) and evidence photos with location data stripped.
