Accuracy

An objective record should measure itself. Every time the record is rebuilt, we automatically re-check each machine-extracted claim: does its cited quote still appear, word-for-word, in the source minutes? That citation-integrity rate is published below, alongside the number of logged reader corrections.

This measures whether claims are literally supported by their sources — not whether the framing is fair, which is what reader flags surface. Both are shown so nothing is taken on trust. See the methodology.
